"Please note we are currently fully booked through to August 2023"

After tracking the bookings of several businesses before, during and after C19 I found one thing they all had in common: they design, build and invest in an exceptional visitor experience.

Common outcomes of a better-than-the-rest experience:

- An exceptional experience becomes the most effective form of marketing (as visitors make recommendations to their friends, become return visitors and provide reviews) that leads to increased demand.

- Strong demand for the experience enables businesses to present a higher price point and reinvest in their product.

- Less $ spent on marketing means more funds available to invest in the product/experience. Any marketing budget that is spent more effectively to optimise what is already working.

- Improved utilisation and productivity of staff and assets.

Every business does it differently but in my experience simple customer journey mapping (eg UXPressia, ) and focusing on 'peak moments' (See The Power of Moments by Dan and Chip Heath) are valuable starting points.
