Watershed wanted to create a unique wellness experience on Lake Wakatipu, but needed help turning a bold idea into a viable, scalable business. They faced challenges around pricing, permissions, guest experience and launch strategy. We helped refine their business model and guided the creation of an unforgettable guest journey. As a result, Watershed is set to launch Queenstown’s first floating sauna - a beautifully designed, high-demand experience on it’s way to becoming a cornerstone of local wellness tourism.

Real NZ wanted to elevate the impact of their experiences but were looking for external points of view. I worked with their leadership team to identify emotional peaks and gaps and align touchpoints with their brand promise. With greater clarity on the potential of their experience, RealNZ were left with actionable tools to enhance their product, deepen guest connection and stand apart in a competitive visitor market.

Piquet Hill Station saw an opportunity to create a premium walking experience on their breathtaking farmland but they weren’t sure how to design and deliver a tourism product from scratch. I worked with them to turn their vision into a fully-formed experience - building out the guest journey, accommodation model, pricing, forecasting and staffing structure. Now, they have a ready-to-launch, high-value multi-day walking product designed to attract the right market and generate strong returns while preserving the land’s integrity.

Skyline had an incredible opportunity to create a new mountain biking experience. How to execute this new product and integrate it with their existing business was a challenge. I stepped in to execute on this new department, creating the product structure, pricing strategies and refine the rider experience from arrival to trail. What started as a trial became a permanent part of the business with a world recognised bike park experience.

Doppelmayr is a world leader in ropeway technology (think chairlifts and gondolas), with a growing presence in New Zealand. I’ve worked with them to grow and expand, beyond traditional alpine markets and into urban and tourism applications. I support Doppelmayr’s business development efforts, helping connect the dots between internal business needs and visionary infrastructure opportunities. The result is a growing pipeline of transformational projects that showcase what’s possible for world-class engineering in Aotearoa.
