Lightning Lab Tourism was a three-month business acceleration programme focused on building a sustainable innovation ecosystem for the future of tourism in New Zealand.
The programme brought together a cohort of early-stage ventures and project teams from the tourism industry aiming to solve different challenges for the sector.
I worked on the South Project team focusing on providing RTO’s around the country with improved data and insights on who’s visiting their region, what are they doing and how satisfied they are.
