Electrify Queenstown

I'm no energy expert but the potential for an electric tourism future in Queenstown Lakes seems inevitable.

To move visitors and residents within a geographically challenged area we need to leverage the lake and mountains rather than see them as obstacles.

A big part of this will be:

- Urban gondolas

- Boats

- Bikes

Why?

They move people in ways that are not only less impactful but also provide a better experience.

Electric boats, bikes and gondolas are:

- Quieter

- More efficient

- Provide better views than sitting in traffic...

- Unlock revenue opportunities (rather than road costs)

Even better, the solutions all exist right now.
